Returns and Refunds

**In order to qualify for the 90 day guarantee, you must provide monthly before and after photos**

We stand behind the effectiveness of our product and offer a 90-Day Results Guarantee. If you don’t see the results you expected within 90 days of using the product, we’ll give you your money back.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note, if you have placed many orders, you are only eligible for a refund on your first order by this 90 day guarantee. This is in place to avoid misuse of our terms.

Please email us at support@peptonix.com with this information along with your order number to initiate the refund/exchange process.

Cancellation Policy

Please note: Changes or cancellations are not allowed once an order has been shipped or 12 hours after the order is placed, whichever comes first, as orders are immediately processed and sent to our fulfillment centers.

Incorrect addresses

Customers are fully responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not liable for orders that are delayed, lost, or undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer. If the address cannot be verified, we will attempt to contact you once for clarification. If no response is received, your order will be shipped to the address provided. No replacements or refunds will be issued for orders affected by incorrect address information

Fraud Prevention

To protect against fraudulent activity, we verify all billing and shipping addresses to ensure they match the information on file with the payment processor. We also monitor all transactions for suspicious activity and may request additional information from the customer to verify the transaction. If we suspect fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to cancel the transaction and notify the customer immediately.
